Instructions
1: In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium high heat. 2: Add the onion and garlic to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes or until onions have slight golden color. 3: Add your ground pork. Cook until 80% cooked - about 2 minutes. 4: Add your Mabo Tofu sauce mix. Combine well. 5: Add your cubed tofu and mix well. Lower the heat to simmer and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. 6: Garnish with green onions and turn off the heat. 7: Serve with hot rice and garnish with cilantro.View original recipe
